Refund Policy
CANCELLATIONS:
With how our Team operates to ensure speed and accuracy, cancellations and modifications/adjustments to orders are not accepted for any reason. If you need to return something once you get it, please see the Return Information outlined below.
RETURNS:
We have a 3-day return policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to contact us and request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened or unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also needyour order confirmation e-mail or order number from your customer account.
To start a return, contact us at abcbeadsupply@gmail.comwith your order number, the items you're looking to return and why. If your return is accepted, we will reply with instructions on how to complete the return. Returns must be shipped back to us within 48-hours of your return being approved. You are responsible for shipping fees. Returns are subject to a 15% Restocking Fee and Shipping is not refunded.Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Items sent back to us not exactly as they were shipped to you will not be accepted.
We will notify youwithin 5 business days once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment methodless a 15% restocking fee.No shipping costs will be refunded.. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

DAMAGES/ERRORS:
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Any order errors must be noted within 7 business days of receipt.
EXCEPTIONS/NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
We cannot accept returns on any Holiday/Seasonal Items, Subscriptions, Mixed Lots, Grab Bags, Sale Items or Gift Cards.

We are located at:
563 Titus Ave, Suite E, Rochester NY 14617.
Our warehouse is not open to the public for in person shopping, however local pickup is a website checkout option. Orders can be picked up Monday - Friday from 9am-3pm. We are closed Saturday and Sunday.
Please note, our staff is unable to make order exchanges, add items to an order or retrieve items for viewing during a pick up.
We Accept Returns
